Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a great little poe switch that does exactly what you expect it to do with no fuss. It does what it is suppose to do. Works great.
Just plug your devices in, and then plug it into your router setup. I have a gigabit switch that i use for my home network and have this switch setup as a sub-switch just for the networked cameras. I wish the uplink port was gigabit.
The build quality is solid with a matte metal exterior. Casing is all metal so it gives it that nicer look and feel. Switch itself has a very heavy feel to it, does not feel flimsy at all.

I connected a cat6 patch cable from my main switch to the poe switch and then connected my cat6 cable from my poe cam.

For the purposes of connecting poe cameras this is more than enough bandwidth and won’t limit performance but it is advertised as a solution for connecting pcs and laptops which will result in limited performance between devices when gigabit networking is standard these days

If you are looking for a singleswitch solution to connect computers and poe cameras as suggested in the pictures i would recommend finding a poe gigabit switch

Only con is the lack of gigabit up link this switch is limited to megabit so if you want to run an access point off of it and you have bandwidth greater than megabit you will throttle yourself
