Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a great little poe switch that does exactly what you expect it to do with no fuss. It does what it is suppose to do. Works great.
Just plug your devices in, and then plug it into your router setup. I have a gigabit switch that i use for my home network and have this switch setup as a sub-switch just for the networked cameras. I wish the uplink port was gigabit.
The build quality is solid with a matte metal exterior. Casing is all metal so it gives it that nicer look and feel. Switch itself has a very heavy feel to it, does not feel flimsy at all.

The ports are labeled clearly and you simply plug it into your network, power it on, and then add whatever devices require 802.
Price
Overall price-value is excellent for the switch.
For the money you can't really go wrong for a 60w poe switch.
I bought this for a cheap multi-port poe switch to use in my barn.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was top notch, there was clearly some thought put into it.
The switch was packed well in a padded box so it arrived undamaged.
Competitiveness
There are cheaper ones, but you get less power and might get gigabit, but i don't really think it's needed.

In reality the 10100 upload is fine for most installations where you limit resolution to 1080p and reduce frame rates bit rates because pushing 4k 30fps is ridiculous for security cameras

The 8port poe switch that amcrest makes does use a gigabit port which is good to see and id probably recommend going with that one unless you are positive that you wont ever need more than 4 poe ports

Technically the first poe port is powerful enough to power a poe access point like ubiquiti but the 10100 point would severely limit bandwidth
