Camera is garbage and pixelating for no good reason. Beautiful cat6 cable terminations and no reason for this *. Amcrest support is non-existent. Decent hardware but terrible software.

Lots of pros: built in ai, no need for a dvr, great quality and very sturdy for outdoor use and easy to use app.
Overall, this camera is solidly built, had good resolution and the app is easy to use as well.
The sleek design delivers sharp 5mp resolution, even in low light.
The images are sharp even in extremely low-light conditions.
Price
This is a great camera for the price and i would recommend it.
Highly recommend if you need a reasonably priced 4k poe camera!

I contacted them via email and got a response quickly.
I was able to get a replacement camera shipped to me quickly and the second camera worked perfectly out of the box.

Hd videos are almost always instantaneous but theres a noticeable lag with 4k ones
