Best cam so far. It provides me with more channels for more cameras that i can install within my warehouse.

This company has the some of the worst products and tech support i have ever seen. Also it appears amcrest is renaming their product list to avoid all the negative reviews they have on their systems. Shame on them for their bad service.
Upgrade firmware looses functionality. Live product support is non-existant as you only communicating with a bot. Huge disappointment of the notification and everything else.
Built with typical knockoff china parts and firmware, just rebranded. The interface is clunky and looks like it's from 1985. The camera layouts are not very interactive. The layout looks * with the bottom 3 windows empty.

All and all i am happy with the product and would recommend it, just be sure to have patience in getting it set up.
I've now bought 5 amcrest cameras and this nvr, and am really pleased with the system.

I’m not sure who dropped the ball amcrest or the hd supplier but the lack of 10 cents worth of hardware puts a damper on the entire setup
