Their support team worked hard to resolve the issue but i was giving them bad information

It did take some time getting familiar with the nvr software and configuration of motion detection and recording options

I was able to schedule normal recording of video from the all the cameras separately from motion detection recording and notification

Now whenever there is motion detected i receive a txt message on my phone with a snapshot of the image where motion was detected
