And they sold a new unit without the harddrive as tech support told me that my old one would probably but and they were spot on

The only reason i did not give the system a full 5 star rating is the fine tune setting and adjustments

The instructions do not include the needed information for the fine tune adjustment for the dvr or the cameras

I can see why the lifetime tech support is included with the system so looks like there will be a lot of phone time in my future
