Just dont deselect the subchannel or the app won't connect.

This unit is reasonably priced and works great for me.
1080p 8 channel dvr is worth the money.
I called them and complained about the sound and they directed me to a very cheap $12 fan that i could purchase on amazon.
Shipping
While the wait to get a customer service representative was long, alfred was worth the wait and was very accommodating.
I was installing it out of town and could not return it and have another sent back in time.
Competitiveness
Can be set up without a lot of technical knowledge required by more difficult brands.
I was able to replace it with a noctura fan that was recommended by amcrest company themselves.

But you end up ordering the all in one cords your going to get lines in the picture use the double siamese cords the system comes with or if you need longer like i did go through amazon and look for him and make sure that they are the double siamese cords produced by amcrest

Other than that i have nothing but great things to say about the system i did spend however almost two months doing my research on multiple surveillance systems and ended up choosing this one because of the quality and overall rating and reviews of this product
