    It is now nov of 2019 cameras are over 3 years old and i wanted to change the location and wifi for these cameras and gavin at amcrest walked me through all of it for over an hour on the phone

    While getting this camera set up over wifi when changing between routers can be tricky i had an impressive customer support experience with travis who was very patient in walking me through manually finding my cameras ip address and then reconfiguring it appropriately

    Another item to be mindful of is that the power cable adapter is super sensitive on my unit and will cause the camera to reboot with even minor movement but this isnt a huge issue as the camera generally doesnt need to move once installed
