I was originally happy with the nvr for the first few months until it stopped working.
Clicking on the camera's video feed does nothing and will actually crash firefox.

Aaron logan service was great, however it wasn't clear i needed to install a dvd read disc for my unit.
I admit that i was initially concerned about the support being routed through india, but they have a very good, very knowledgeable crew.

It seems packed with features, i feel like i've yet to mess around with half of them.
