The item arrived on-time and in good condition. Highly recommend it. Highly functional and intuitive.

Cons

The amcrest nvr constantly reboot. The base firmware is causing the nvrs to reboot every 30 mins. The nvr can't connect to the internet because the ethernet cable is not connected to the router.

It has terrible audio quality. The software is awkward.

You wont go wrong with any amcrest products!

This '21 series nvr will run 8mp cameras - just at a far lower resolution.

More likely the cameras that i already have werent compatible with it.
