When i could not figure out how to record on the nvr i called amcrest customer service

The one thing that i did not like was that was when you save your videos it does not save it as mp4 it uses 2 other formats but video looks great with amcrest viewer

The other one thing that i did not like is that it changed my settings for my amcrest ptz camera push notifications cant seem to get them working unless i remove the camera from nvr or turn nvr off but i am still satisfied with it

However i couldnt believe i kept having issues with my wireless cameras and told by a tech that it was my internet connection

I will revisit my review after a few weeks to determine whether or not this is the truth or maybe i shouldnt have invested in the wireless cameras

It was really easy to setup im currently using amcrest wifi cameras and its working as advertised
