Pros

Amcrest is the quickest to show the live feed and has the shortest delay, followed by wyze then arlo. Software is both easy to use and versatile. The app supports multi-cam use which is very useful.

The motorized system has 25 adjustment modes, these are fantastic too. The night vision mode is undoubtedly the best and clearest i have tested so far. The nighttime/infrared is clear and provides a great view even in the darkest conditions.

The privacy button is nice to have if you are home and don't want it to record you. It makes controlling the cameras a lot easier through alexa.

It's good, maybe even better than good, but it's not fantastic. Keeping the price the same is an extra bonus. This fifty dollar tracking camera is worth about the fifty bucks extracted.

There are instructions and videos posted online that make it easy to setup and configure you camera.

Cons

It has the microsd slot mounted on the spherical part rather than the base, and it doesn't have the alarm input ports. The new microsd position means you have to use ptz to change the angle of the camera to get to the slot which is annoying, but maybe... Read More

After setting up the camera to the new location i had an issue communicating with the camera after leaving the premises.

Price

Pros: affordable price, ease of use, wired ethernet and adequate online help.

Recommend this camera and is currently at a very attractive price point.

I have had amcrest products for many years.

You can't go wrong with amcrest cameras.

So expect to lose some privacy with amcrest cameras.

I bought the cheapest ptz camera and couldn't make an account to register it for two days because the cheap ip camera cloud was down.
