The picture quality is pretty good tho not the same as 8k cameras.

Also the cell phone app won't connect if the internet connection is lost, although the pc app works just fine on the local lan.

Raymond hayes from amcrest was very helpful on setting up the amcrest surveilance pro on my desk top.

Competitiveness

I added a 3rd party ball swivel mount to allow easier aiming.

I purchased one 2k wifi camera just to test these out after fighting with lorex cameras and their terrible app for years.

I have purchased two of these amcrest wifi camera's which have been running solid for the past 3+ months.

Aslo will work with my synology nas.
