Pros

It is easy to set-up. The functionality is great. The app functions work well.

The 360 radius is helpful. The picture quality is very crisp and every other feature has worked well. Very decent image, very decent iphone app.

Amcrest knows of the flaw, and their fix is to tell you to rename your network without spaces. It shows up three times (in my case, i have the router and two nodes, orbi system) so you have to try to connect it to one of the three nodes. It can;t conn... Read More

It takes 5-10mins to just renter the wifi password and setup the camera. Once set up it works ok, but it is only $10 cheaper than the better quality camera amcrest sells.

They disconnect from the amcrest smart home app and you have to factory reset them to add them back. The amcrest phone app works fine afaik, that just isn't what i needed. It is not possible to connect to this device using either of those softwares. C... Read More

Anything this inconsistent isn't worth my time and aggravation. The software is terrible but they are all poorly developed. These are now in the garbage.

They are inexpensive and easy to setup.

This camera, at half the cost, does that and does it well.

But for $30 just don't expect the world.

Really good product for the price point.

I tried all the amcrest options under the ptz tab, just but none worked.

Also through the app you have some control over setup unlike many of the newer brands who trade ease of setup over security.
