If you google search for amcrest firmware download you can skip the forced email registration that the link in the web panel takes you to shame on amcrest for doing this

Ultimately i give this 4 stars because its one of the only ptz cameras that is not cloud connected at least not forced and meant for indoors with an upright base

It was difficult to figure out how to connect to wireless wifi with 5ghz wifi but we got it figured out after talking to 3 different customer service people

Video great and is very clearinstallation quick and simple it can be done within 10i dont want to sound bias but i am a big fan of amcrest

I may buy their new ptz camera or their new poe security system and make a review on it also but price on their new 8 camera 16 channel poe system is still too much for me to buy now
