The camera lens can be articulated 360 degrees as well as up and down manually.
Cons
At night, the ir lights also create a lot of glare on the plastic dome, and it obstructs your night view. All leds seem to be centered probably for distance, so the sides 25 feet out from center is completely dark.
Amcrest support is anything but supportive. It is so frustrating to work with them. Not going to risk the time and effort for a third cycle. No longer an amcrest enthusiast.

It just felt like a more natural way, but perhaps the packaging this camera is in prevents that setup from being used.

I really want to like this dome camera but the night vision in most cases is terrible

The amount of ir reflection from the glass dome makes over half of the picture useless

It doesnt help that the ir light pattern is centered on the frame so the outer edges of the picture dont have the coverage they need to make it night time viewable

Even if you have an outdoor light that illuminates the area enough that night vision doesnt have to turn on the picture is still pretty decent

I have had cameras with dvrs and they are noisy clunky and i just dont like them

The other issue is with the night vision on the cams that have a protective dome like others have said the ir reflects off the dome and affects the camera image

And the last thing is sometimes when you pull up the app to view the cameras some of them will just hourglass and not load

It can get aggravating but i guess i havent seen any camera not do that not sure why but they do
