Highly suggest setting up settings through logging into the cameras web interface or through the nvr

Do not set up motion through the app as it does not give you enough options

Also do not accidentally save motion options through the app if they are set else where as the app with override your motion settings

Overall the camera is high quality and durable

So the motion detection is not great for outdoors it detects shadows moving as people etc

But the image quality is superb it’s very reliable and it never goes down currently using synology surveillance station with it
