So i finally narrowed it down to this or the 3700x and after watching videos and reading comparisons then it was a no contest

There are so many configurations that are better for your pocketbooks if you sit down and really figure out exactly what you are going to use your pc for and then you can narrow your search for parts down to options that actually make sense
