Pros

Overclocking is only harmful when it’s maxxed out and you’re running your pc 24/7. The cpu has the perfect amount of performance where there isn't any concern of it being a bottleneck unless you pair it with something like the rtx 4090.

Despite am5 and 13th gen intel being out, am4 + 5600 is still a great budget combo. Cheaper than 5600x but (nearly) same performance. Gen3x4 dram tlc m. Tb nvme for less than $80.

Cons

This is disgusting. I hope this was simply a mix up and not an actual attempt to scam people that don't bother to check their components as they install them.

Amazing processor and you can even use pbo to increase it's performance

I honestly did not even realize it came with a cooler as i did not pay attention enough when purchasing.

Great value and performance if you dont want to spend a ton

You can't beat the price to performance.

If you can get this cpu for about 115$, grab it.

There's not much that i can say just that i'm extremely glad, price, performance wow!

Paired with a geforce rtx 4060 getas about 300 fps in battle royale fortnite.

Packaging/appearance

Package is really nice and it includes the stock cooler which is fine, but as i like lower temps i use a custom air cooler.

Competitiveness

Went with this instead of the 5500.

I've purchased a wide range of ryzen processors recently for a number of pc builds, and none match the performance to value of the 5600.
