This 5700x cpu is what the 5800x should have been from the beginning really. Easy to install. Only issue is that i have to resize my monitor resolution to 720p in order to enter bios.

99cad which is better than every other place (second best price is canada computers for $299.
Price wasn’t the only reason i chose this chip though, the performance really is great.
The price is right between the 2, yet the performance is identical to the better performing chip.
However when i saw the price on this drop to $279.

Coupled this chip with a 240mm aio cooler and am averaging 65c while under load.
I had a ryzen 1600 and after updating to this ryzen 7 5700x i can tell you that i see quite a difference in my editing.
Running a noctua nh-d15 am4 edition cooler.
The ryzen 7 5700x is basically a 5800x at 95% performance but requires half the juice to operate and 40% less cost.

After doing a lot of reading on adobes site they suggest upgrading the cpu

Make sure you update the bios on your motherboard before you upgrade the cpu so that it can work

This chip out of the box ran at 50c idle not the best considering my i7 11700k idles at 44c but still amazing
