Didn't even consider i9-13/14900k due to the rusting issues with those cpus, so amd 7800x3d is a best choice for the next 3-4 years.

Pricewise this cpu consistently has been going for roughly the same price as the highest end bulldozer cpus went for while delivering toptier performance as opposed to bottomtier
