Fan Noise

Customers have mixed feelings about the fan noise of this heat sink and fan combo. While some find it to be quite loud initially, others mention that they were able to adjust the fan speed in their motherboard's BIOS to reduce the noise level. Overall, the fans are effective at cooling down CPUs but may require some fine-tuning for quieter operation.

Cooling Performance

Customers are generally very satisfied with the cooling performance of the product, stating that it keeps their systems cool and performs well compared to stock coolers. However, a few customers have noted that they prefer the stock fan for overclocking or have experienced unexpectedly low temperatures which may indicate inaccurate temperature readings from their motherboard.

Packaging/appearance

The fan i received did not look new.

Competitiveness

I really like the interchangeability between certain types of amd/intel processors.

In fact i would put this amd hsf on par with some of the other name brands.

It would cost twice as much to buy the name brand equivalents.

If this hsf is identical or similar to the stock 8350, than it should do just fine in most am3+ socket cpu's and below.
