Pros

Sturdy enough for a heavy 5/8” door. Easy to install with a screwdriver. Wish they came with an insert so you can hold them in the slightly open position to install correctly.

Cons

This is no easy feat to do either because the hinges seem to be in a bind. Self closing mechanism actually pulls the hinge closed too far. And the little pegs on the hinges fall out.

It's inconceivable to me that amerock doesn't provide measurements (exactly how far in from edge of cabinet) to place the holes of the hinges. The cabinet door holes (3) are slightly off, with the screw pulling and seating at an angle, not flush.

I bought some from lowes to replace my old ones in my kitchen but after two months the pins were falling off!

Out of 30 hinges, 2 were unusable due to corrosion on the threads.

I ordered some and they accidently sent me one of the wrong ones and i reached out to them.

The shipment i received was nice looking for the most part.

However, check your packages as soon as you get them in order to determine that they sent both the item and quantity that you ordered.
