Pros

The amino acid profile is pretty good, but like most things optimum the flavor and texture could be better. Two thumbs up.

Packets are tsa-friendly so you can travel with them. Packets make them really convenient to use on the go with a shaker bottle. One packet is really good for about double or triple the water.

The grape flavor is the best. It is more subtle with the flavoring than some of the others. My favorite flavors are watermelon, grape, and blueberry.

Cons

I usually love grape flavored things, but this flavor is horrible! Didn't feel any different after drinking. Even after chilling it. Not for me.

I have also dry scooped some of these for a pre-workout.

Some powder does not mix well at bottom of 16oz.

I filled 1 whole packet with 16oz bottle water.
