While i started using this topically with a mix of rosehip seed oil jojoba oil and hydrolyzed collegan powder that stuff even i had to give up chugging down so i decided to repurpose the remaining on my stretch marks all around the same time they are slowly disappearing

This is pure amla extract not the diluted stuff most vendors have
