Amlactin was recommended by my dermatologist. I have a looooong way to go with my picking. This really helps my bumpy and sensitive skin--especially when i use it 2x everyday.

The only drawbacks are the smell, which is rather chemical-like and reminiscent of hair dye, and then obviously the price. My only complaint is that it smells absolutely horrible. The only couple of downsides.

Dry scale like skin disappears leaving smooth and moisturized skin. My kp isn't 100% gone but it has significantly improved. Will buy one for my 85 yo m-i-l with horrific dry skin.

This lotion doesn't moisturizer too well and smells very strange for a fragrance free lotion.

I was mortified and couldn't even return to work.

Stinky, sinus-irritating dealbreaker. Will not repurchasing or recommend if not reformulate to improvement the odor.
