Pros

These fit so snuggly there is no way that anything can spill beneath them. They fit perfectly in my kona and they fit super snug.

Perfect fit for my camry. Fit okay in my 2015 corolla. I think the car has two slightly different sizes in the front console.

Little tab for easier removal. Easy to put in and take out with a little tug. The jewels come out easy but easy to put back together.

Cons

They sit and get stuck on the rubber lip of the coaster.
