Pros
These mugs are embossed with slightly different designs overlaying a solid color. They are wonderful oversized mugs and if i ever need more i will buy these again.
They are solid, don't leach chemicals, and are resistant to staining. They have been washed in a dishwasher multiple times with no chips or scratches. They are a casual style, but not so casual that you would be embarrassed to use for guests.
It matches my current set very nicely. What a difference.
Great for things like hot chocolate. Great for our morning cups of latte. This saves money, because the heating element energy is not required for dishwasher drying.
Cons
Very thin and brittle. Can cause burns. They are ceramic not porcelain as described.

When they are washed upside down they do not retain excessive rinse water that must be hand toweled off
