Pros
These look amazing on my open shelving in my black walnut kitchen. Every plate is unique, you definitely feel the craftsmanship from the weight and texture. Pairs perfectly with my mason plates from pottery barn.
They are durable and aren't getting scratched which i was concerned about with matte dishes. Hold up well in the dishwasher. One complaint is the sound the spoon makes as it travels across the matte finish.
The matte finish and the ripple edge is very pretty--very eye-catching. Matte black has a sort of sheen to it and it's just lovely.
Cons
The plates look more like handmade pottery, whereas these look more mass-produced. Silverware leave black marks that will not scrub off! Would not buy again.
