I hate fighting with the flapping wallet part of the phone when i am reading or really doing pretty much anything on my phone

One thing to keep in mind the spen works perfectly when the phone is detached but with the phone in the case there is slight interference on the left hand bottom half side

It allows wireless charging once disconnected from the outer case thank goodness

If you remove the secondary case with the phone inside of it and place it on a wireless charger it will charge which was a big bonus for me at work

Regarding standing behind their product the metal eyelet that reinforces the hole in the case through which the strap attaches came loose
