    After about 6 months the metal grommet eventually falls off and then the strap is only holding on by the leather

    So she started detaching it from the magnetic flip case part to carry around regularly but it defeated the purpose of protecting the face of the phone and being able to utilize it as a wallet also so got her a diff case after all
