17 bucks for a 100 count m16 cage nut ,bolt and optional washer.
Packaging/appearance
I know it's just cheap packaging, but i like it for holding cage nuts with all their corners and edges.
But even without that problem i found the random packing of the three components to be annoying.

I was surprised at how much better the ampcom are compared to the ones i described.

I have noticed that the quality of boltcage nut sets supplied with racks and some networking equipment has deteriorated to the extent that cage nuts fall out bolts are hard to screw in or strip easily

These are metric bolts and may not fit racks designed for nonmetric bolts so you need to check if these will fit your rack
