Pros

Performance is about the same with other keystone jacks. I like that these connectors come with end covers for storing/transport.

These are very sturdy, but bulky.

Like lining up the cables just right and terminating with this blue thing is something i’ve never done successfully.

So from a business standpoint, they are not cost effective.

The downside is that they are not inexpensive.

The value is they are reuseable and you dont have to make the large tool investment to make custom cat cables.

Competitiveness

I needed to make up some custom cables, and ordered this as an alternative to the cheap plastic plugs i had used for cat5 cables.

Based on the chinese on the back, this is a product for the hong kong market sold in the us.

I still need to test speeds back at the office since i have nothing at home that can test more than cat6a.
