My incoming signal strength had fallen to about 15db average and i still had 4 buildings with 2 or 4 units each to serve and my last building was averaging only about 15db

By attenuating my signal by 5db going into the amp the signal came out at 25db and at the end was at 5db within acceptable range

My cable signal is always flirting with the low end of the acceptable range so i will occasionally get some digital noise freezing pixelation etc

I bought two of these one for upstairs one for downstairs and all my issues went away
