I suffer mecfs arthritisfibromyalgia and it helps all the muscle spasms in my back it supports the arms in the sling while its massaging and you can just move your arms to get the massaging tools to knead in different areas like higher to one side lower basically anywhere

You will find it harder to multi task eg have a drink use your remote mobile phone etc whilst your hands are in the loops and the massager connected to the mains

The only criticism i would say is it has to be plugged in to work
