I rented a unit here from march 2020 through april 2021 and this was overall the worst experience ive ever had with an apartment

To start as of february 2022 i still havent received my deposit and theyve never answered my phonecalls or responded to emails or messages ive left

Things started out rough when i moved into a unit that was dirty there were piles of plaster and bootprints all over the floor the toilets were really gross the linoleum in the bathrooms had a layer of dirt on them the rubber baseboards were peeling off the wallsit goes on

Any time i needed maintenance i would have to submit 3 to 4 times and wait anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for someone to come out if they came out at all

Sometimes they would just come out and not actually fix anything like when our water pressure was so low that it look around 6 minutes to get a gallon of water out of the sink

Every single door in our apartment had some kind of issue knobshandles falling off wouldnt close was partially hollow lock didnt work etc

I could go for hours on why this place is bad but i think everyone else has already talked about it

These apartments are cheaply made and poorly managed and the property manager is constantly being recycled there were 4 in the 13 months i was there
