If you are able to help your borrower get through a rough spot and close a nonqm loan for them you will get their business whenif their situation improves and they want to get an a paper loan

So in short this book is a great tool and nonqm is not the same as subprime loans and anyone that does not prepare themselves by reading this book will not succeed
