This works very well and pulls the nastiness out. It works like a charm reducing my frustration in those situations. This one is sturdy and comfortable.

Not being a professional piercer once removed getting it back in was oddly difficult for how tiny and few threads there are

Turns out the threaded stud jewel is so small it was pulled inside this tool

It took some work very slowly picked up shifted until it wouldn’t go into the tool and got it to catch the threads

But bottom line if you have very small items or jewels just be careful or try something else
