Well made and i'm sure they will be warm but the sizing in the 7-9 years are a bit small.
Price
I suppose if you want true waterproof you need to purchase a glove with gortex but not at this price.

They arrived quickly and we have spent many hours outside playing in the snow : and they remain dry and warm!
