The original looks like a 16 gauge

To be fair 14 gauge is beefier than my fridge needs as it wont ever pull enough amps to warrant the larger cable

But it is beefier and tougher and the thicker gauge may save the battery a tiny bit of power over time

I was not thrilled with the quality of the crimp so i added some solder to it
