Pros
Needed to clear out the water lines for the winter. Same size, 1/4 npt threads. The 3/8 threads start imediately behind the spot just behind the garden hose connector where you can put a wrench on to hold it while attaching npt item.
Cons
This adapter is too short for threading, as well as course threads and too large for my karcher pressure washer. The picture shows a long pipe *. Not what is pictured.
