Like any cast iron; season before use!

Great value for money and lots of potential.

For a relatively cheap price this is a great addition to anybodys kitchen.

Gave us outdoor burgers for not a lot of money.

A bit overpriced, but i expect it will last for years.

Only downside is when i opened the box one of the handle was broken.

This is a good double-sided griddle suitable for either bbq or top of hob use.
