Tried ringing contact number supplied but unsuccessful. Had enough after 6 months so returned it for a refund. This kettle looks lovely but only lasted 8 months would not switch on. No response from amazon so far.

Cheap rubbish. Very disappointing. It's a shame because it has real potential.
