I have had to return this mixer due to a faulty dial it intermittently refuses to work however the below all stands and i have liked the mixer

I had seen some reviews where ingredients were fluttered out of the mixer simple solution placed a piece of silicone wrap over the hole which solved that problem yet filling through the hole is easy

Marked down only because the solid metal blade does not reach the bottom or sides of the bowl well so creaming butter is unsuccessful i used a hand mixer then the coated blade

On selecting to close mixed to use the guard does not fit in place you need to move it as it gets caught
