Pros
This griddle pan is amazing! Cooks really well. Pork chops, steak and bacon are moist and crispy. Detachable handle is brilliant if you want to finish off under the grill.
The detachable handle is a good idea and the latching system gives a firm and stable grip. The handle is sturdy and connects/disconnects easily. I really like the removable handle which is the main reason i chose it.
Cons
Lightweight for a griddle pan as most are cast iron.

On getting the pieces together to take a photo i noticed a small screw on the handle which had come loose i have not reattached the handle and tightened the screw

Disappointed that the screw came loose and the handle fell off luckily there was no food in it at the time however once i found the issue it was an easy fix

However the clip on bracket which is held on by a posi philips type screw decided to jump ship and i had to go searching around for the parts to put it back together
