Pros
Andrew james electric milk frother & heater warmer jug machine, bought to replace another, works as it should. The level markings are a bit difficult to see and it's a bit fiddly to clean properly but. Use every day for coffee and hot chocolate.

As long as you clean after each use, and ensure the residue is cleared, then this doesn't burn and leave a lasting mark.

I paid under £30 for this in a sale.
After my daughter told me about the hot chocolat velvetiser and i saw the price i was like hell no!
Glad i didn’t spent a lot of money on a fancy frother.
Shipping
I've only used it once as it only arrived yesterday.
Customer services were excellent and i received a new machine by return of post.
Competitiveness
Really good product at good price compared to expensive fancy brands.
I'm not sure if it's possible to find a similar item cheaper, but i very much doubt it.
Comparing to my previous lavazza frother this one in a bit disappointing.

It makes the kettle from the same manufacturer seam very cheap and plasticky
