I had concerns regarding the manual stating that the maximum constant mixing time is 5 mins so i am careful to avoid this but it has not been a problem

Communication from the supplier andrew james was excellent e mails and text messages kept me informed exactly when the mixer would be delivered and true to their word it was within the hour stated

I have only very recently purchased this mixer due to my old one giving up the ghost and so far have only made sponge cakes and pastry with good results and find that the attachments reach to the bottom and sides of the bowl ensuring all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly without keep having to keep stopping the machine to scrape down the sides
