Pros
Looks good in our kitchen with brushed steel and black elements. Produces fantastic coffee.
Easy to use, easy to clean and versatile.
Andrew james coffee machine works superbly. The burr that grinds the beans is good quality (metal) grinds not blends like some. I am seriously deliberating whether i buy a third.
Cons
This is highly wasteful and a somewhat poor design that needs to be rethought. Other users cite no support from the seller.
Heating element as a percolator is faulty. The grinder is extremely loud and is not very pleasant to hear. Had an issue with only pumping through about 20% of the water requested.
Numbers showing countdown without pressing any button. Media could not be loaded. Upon contacting andrew james, we were told to fix it!

Usually use taylors italian roast beans also used lavazza rosso some pelican rouge and matthew algie when i can get them

A couple of times the grinder has jammed which usually means having to use a wooden kebab skewer to scrape it out from below whilst the grinder is running as the door is only open then and cant be opened manually

Another feature is it beeps when the heating plate goes off so you know to drink it or lose it
