The instructions supplied with the machine could be improved as not totally understandable for first time users picturesdiagrams are so faint and small without the detail that you really need to see

Too dry or wet will inevitably result in sticking rollers nonseparated strands of pasta and if your machine doesnt grind to a halt on first use it isnt going to last too long as essentially you have probably created a borderline glue like substance
