I bought this product for a neighbour i had to help her assemble it and set it up as the quickstart guide was missing and she found the supplied manual rather hard to deal with

She has subsequently found that the portion size options are more geared to feeding small to large dogs rather than being of a suitable size for a small cat and is rather disappointed with the product so far

They both tried to break in to this one and must have spent about 12 hours trying to crack it but im pleased to announce they couldnt get in

Very fiddly to set uptook several attempts to set

Also when you need to change anything you have to go through the whole setup process again which is a bit fiddly

It is very hard to lock the dispenser because the lid does not fit on easily
