Quality
Remote control range isnt fantastic but im very pleased with this product!
Same quality & service as previously experienced.
The remote isn't brilliant; you have to make sure you're quite close and in a direct line with the display panel to get it to react.
I hardly give 5 star rating, but had no choice due to the genuine satisfaction derived from this product.
Price
Despite my minor complaints, i'm happy to leave 5 stars, justified by the price point and features.

We have radiator which cost far more than this which took the edge off the cold and a fake stove with a fan that heated well but blasted us

It also has a swing function that ive not really used but it did work seamlessly when i tested it initially
